I have found dealing with the Dream Germantown staff absolutely delightful from getting approved, moving in and dealing with the apartment staff. The apartments are beautiful, new and it’s a nice community of people. I especially love their VIP offer, the pool, trash service and more!

Absolutely love working with Sydney and the maintenance crew here. They are very sweet and sociable. Every time I have questions, changes to be made on my lease, or have a maintenance request they are prompt to communicate what is going on and get me settled ASAP. If you let Sydney know what it is that you need, she will get it done for you.
